We ship across India and internationally. Once payment is confirmed, standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Custom tailored garments (blouse stitching/height alterations) require 5-7 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times range between 3-6 business days depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are curated designer collections and customized bespoke fits, we only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects or transit damage. To report a defect, please email us or reach out on WhatsApp with a raw, unedited parcel opening video within 48 hours of delivery.
